- 150ml Pink grapefruit soda
- 3 pieces Calamansi
- 3 pieces Mint leaves
- 3 pieces Kaffir leaves
- 1 stalk Lemongrass
Garnish:
- Kaffir leaf
Preparation:
1. Crush the tip of lemongrass to unleash its flavour and place it into a glass.
2. Combine syrup, mint leaves, calamansi and kaffir leaves into the glass.
